If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 7 days. Once we receive the returned item FOOT SMILE 足のケア will then give a full refund or resend a new item to you deliver address. (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).

1. Returned or exchanged goods:
Within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product, Send an email to the customer service center or contact online customer service, Customer service center will accept your request within 1-3 after receive well your email. Return Freight charge will be absorbed by the Seller.
2. About returns:
Within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods, Ask the 24-hour online customer service for the return method.
The customer service will provide you with the return process of the transshipment company, After they receiving well the return goods,
The transshipment company will arrange refund related matters and process will be completed within 15 working content.
The return refund method and process is as follows:
1. Apply for a return
2. Fill in the application form
3. Forwarded the application form to foreign transshipment. The audit need to takes 1~3 working days
4. After the application is approved, the logistics driver will be arranged to pick up the goods.
5. After receiving the returned goods and the above confirmation, refund will be start arranged.
Refund of $30 bank transfer fee will be absorbed by the customer

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
